2012 BRIDGESTONE NHL WINTER CLASSIC® GENERAL DRAWING OFFICIAL RULES

DRAWING: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY and NO FEE TO REGISTER for the 2012 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic® General Drawing (the "Drawing"). Sponsored by NHL Enterprises, L.P. ("Sponsor" or "NHL") and administered by Mischief Media ("Administrator"). THERE IS NO OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE A TICKET. The Drawing is subject to the eligibility restrictions below.

ELIGIBILITY: The Drawing is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the commencement of the Registration Period (defined below). Proof of age and residency may be required. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator and any of their respective officers, directors, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchises, agents, advertising, promotional and internet agencies and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate. The Drawing is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. VOID IN GUAM, THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, PUERTO RICO, U.S. MILITARY INSTALLATIONS AND TERRITORIES AND WHERE PROHIBITED. A valid e-mail address, Internet access and credit card are required to enter the Drawing.

HOW TO ENTER: The Drawing begins at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Time (ET) on _11/17/11 and ends at 11:59 a.m. ET on 11/27/11(the "Registration Period"). During the Registration Period, visit www.nhl.com/winterclassictickets (the "Web Site") and follow the on-screen links and instructions to complete the registration process, including providing a valid home address and e-mail address, for entry into the Drawing. The valid home address must be a street address; a P.O. Box address is not acceptable and will result in disqualification of an entry. Once the registration process is completed, the entrant's name will be entered into the Drawing. Entries must be received by 11:59 a.m. ET on [November 27], 2011. Administrator's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Drawing. No form of entry other than as specified herein is permitted.

An entry must be made only by the Authorized Account Holder (as defined below) of the e-mail address submitted during registration. Limit one (1) entry per person or household. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same e-mail address. Multiple entries from one person, household and/or e-mail address may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, disqualify all such entries. Internet entry must be made by the entrant only at the authorized Web Site address listed above. Entrants must use their own name, which must be the same name on the credit card used to make the ticket purchase described below if selected as a confirmed winner. Use of any automated system to participate (e.g., robotic, automatic, programmed or like methods) is prohibited and will result in disqualification, voiding all such entries by such methods. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for: (a) electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries/registration process/winner selection; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (c) late, lost, misdirected, inaccurate or incomplete registrations; or (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. Registrations that have been tampered with or altered, as determined by Sponsor, are void. Any damage to the Web Site will be the responsibility of the Authorized Account Holder. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual failing to comply with any provision in these Official Rules. Entries will not be acknowledged.

Without limiting anything set out elsewhere in these Official Rules, in the case of any dispute as to the identity of an entrant, entries will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet service provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. An entrant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address provided during registration. Mechanically reproduced entries or entries otherwise generated by a script, macro or other automated means are not eligible and will be disqualified.

PRIZE, SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: The prize in the Drawing is the opportunity to purchase two (2) tickets to the 2012 NHL Winter Classic scheduled to be held at Citizens Bank Park™ in Philadelphia, PA on January 2, 2012. There are no other features to the prize except the opportunity to purchase the tickets. For clarity, there is no retail value to the prize as the prize is only the opportunity to purchase tickets. To be able to purchase the tickets, the selected entrant must have, and use, a valid credit card accepted for such purchases, which credit card must be in the name of the selected entrant; if the selected entrant does not have such a credit card they will forfeit their prize in its entirety and nothing will be substituted in its place. A random drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization, on or about November 28, 2011, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Selected entrants will be notified of the dates, times and instructions for ticket purchase via the e-mail address, phone number and/or postal mail address submitted during registration, at Sponsor's sole discretion, no later than December 1, 2011. The inability to contact a selected entrant for any reason, winner's failure to follow instructions for ticket purchase, or winner's failure to comply with these Official Rules, will result in the ticket purchase opportunity being forfeited.

TICKET PURCHASE DETAILS: Entrants whose names are selected shall have an opportunity to purchase a pair of randomly preselected tickets (seats together) (i.e., no more or less than two (2) tickets) to the 2012 NHL Winter Classic. Not all entrants selected will be able to purchase tickets as ability to purchase is dependent on the number of tickets available at the time of the transaction, and in the event that no tickets are available at the time of purchase, then the winner will not be able to purchase any tickets and nothing will be substituted as a prize to the winner to replace their inability to purchase tickets. No cash equivalents, redemptions or substitutions allowed. Registrations and ticket purchase opportunity are not transferrable in any way or manner. Ticket purchase opportunity is valid for use solely by the selected entrant whose name and address was submitted at the time of registration for entry. Registration information must match name and address associated with the credit card used at time of purchase or purchase opportunity will be forfeited. In the event an entrant selected does not purchase tickets by 11:59 p.m. ET on December 8, 2011, the opportunity is forfeited. No substitute opportunity is available.

All tickets purchased in connection with the Drawing shall be subject to policies applicable to NHL ticket holders generally and Citizens Bank Park ™ policies and to the terms, conditions and restrictions on each ticket. NHL and [Citizens Bank Park ™] reserve the right to amend such policies from time to time in their sole discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating in the Drawing, entrants agree (a) to be bound by and abide by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and not open to appeal; (b) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., the National Hockey League, its Member Clubs, NHL Enterprises B.V., NHL Interactive Cyber Enterprises, LLC, The Phillies, the City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation, Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development and their respective owners, governors, directors, officers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, suppliers, divisions, agencies, licensors and advertising agencies ("Released Parties"), from any and all causes of action, liabilities, suits, cross-claims or counterclaims, or any other claims arising out of or relating to entrants' participation in the Drawing, whether or not arising from the negligence of a Released Party, including but not limited to, third party claims that may be made against entrants, and claims arising out of or relating to acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any ticket purchased, or any publicity or other public exposure of entrants, including without limitation, claims concerning infringement or invasion of entrants' privacy or publicity rights, or defamation, or acts undertaken in preparation for or participation in the Drawing; and (c) to assume all risks, express or implied, associated with all claims released above, including without limitation, all risks concerning entry into and participation in the Drawing. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Drawing, or any portion thereof, if it cannot be run as originally planned including if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Drawing or if electronic viruses, other malicious software attacks, bugs or other technical problems corrupt the administration or security of the Drawing as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion; or by reason of a force majeure or other causes of any sort. In such event, the Drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received, if any, prior to cancellation, suspension or modification and a notice will be posted online prior to and/or after (as appropriate) action has been taken by Sponsor. Registration information becomes property of Sponsor. Proof of submitting an entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE DRAWING IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

An entrant's entry will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, if she/he attempts (a) to enter the Drawing through any means other than described in these Official Rules; or (b) to disrupt the Drawing, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or in any way tamper with any component of the Drawing.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant at any time in the event it is determined that the entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any drawing materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Drawing or in the announcement of the entrants selected.

THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE WINTER CLASSIC IS DELAYED, POSTPONED OR CANCELLED IN WHICH CASE ENTRANTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO TICKET ISSUER'S STANDARD POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.

APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION: The Drawing is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. All disputes arising out of or connected with the Drawing will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by a state or federal court located in New York, New York. Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non convenes or lack of personal jurisdiction that they may have. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of New York and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of New York. All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys' fees) associated with participation in the Drawing and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.

All requests must be received by January 6, 2012.
